I wish I could impart some wisdom to you. But I’m just learning this subject myself :).

The Ministry Gifts are given for the Kingdom of God and they include Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers.

That’s all I got folks 🙂 LOL.

I will say personally I am crying out for these ministries. I have been a Christian for seven and a half years. Almost since the beginning I have been crying out for the New Testament Church, even before I really knew what that meant. (I became a Christian about a year and a half before I was lead to read the Bible all the way through. Now we read the Bible through four times a year.)

The more we read on the New Testament Church the more I am aware that one… I have never seen that church. And two I desperately want to be part of it.

This is the part where I would usually start dissing Christians and spout my knowledge. But the fact is the majority of Churches today and myself included… we don’t have anything others are jealous of.

But today I learned a major fact I was missing. I’ve known that we are to go out and make disciples. I thought that meant going out and telling people everything I know about the Bible starting with the fear of the Lord.

I learned today we are to tell people about the Kingdom of God. Not the Love of God. Not the Fear of God. The Kingdom of God. And I don’t even know what that looks like.

And when we go to preach the of God, we need the spiritual gifts to heal the sick and cast our demons (that’s what Jesus did. He preached Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand and then He demonstrated). And the other part of the New Testament Church is the ministry gifts as given by the Holy Spirit.

That’s all I got for spouting my knowledge on this subject. I’m seriously just pulling that from a sermon I’ve been listening to today. LOL.

But I know this subject of the Kingdom is key.
