Wallbuilders makes me love the 4th of July!  LOL.  I’m serious.   David Barton and his ministry focus on our American Heritage.  When I watched his documentaries (my favorite being the America’s Godly Heritage Series), I had two reactions.

One…  tears.  We have an awesome country.  A Godly heritage.  Oh my goodness, seeing how our founders served the Lord and how the Lord was there at the start of our country…  Amazing.  Just amazing.

Two…  my kids will never go to school.  LOL.  Never mind the fact that I’m 40, single, and barren.  That’s beside the point.  LOL.  But if I did have kids or ever do have kids, they will not be going to school.  Knowing that we purposely leave out important facts about our history because we do not want children to know God’s part.

I think Michelle Obama said in a speech once about changing history.  I don’t remember the specifics or the context, but the phrase stuck with me because I thought it was odd.  Now I learn that through school we have in fact changed history…  by kicking God out.  That is both interesting and scary.

In school we do not want children knowing their identity in the Lord.  No instead, we want them to believe they came from monkeys. (Cause that will propel them forward in life….  *note the sarcasm* LOL.)

You can get made at me all you want for dissing schools.  Just so you know, all of you sending your kids to school…  I’m totally judging you.  hehehehe.

LOL.

Anyway, I love this ministry.
